Recently, a new habit was developed.
One with scary outcome – too much to handle.
Yet it has been done, in an attempt
to declutter the cluttered mind
to create some sort of order
or an illusion of control and mastery.
All these nonsenses in the mind.
Numbered and written down – one by one.
It is like a reality check, to know
the water level, and when the tide will come.
To gauge the sanity and the point
to which I will give in.
Striking off one by one,
it gives an satisfaction – a great deal of it.
If one gets repeated day after day,
I know for sure, it is not going to be done
any time soon. Until that day comes.
